The counter sign holder is made of 7/16 inch thick black high impact styrene plastic with mitered style edges. This frame is 8 1/2 x 11 (H x W) with a 12 inch (H) stem centered on a 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch base. The counter sign holder works in either a horizontal or vertical position. This kit is quick to assemble. The counter sign holder is easy to use just insert notices into the top slot.
