This 2-deck wrapping paper dispenser is made of sturdy steel construction with grey powder coated finish. It has dowel holders and cutting arms that lock in place for ease in set up and roll changes. The tower design is freestanding for use on the countertop or on the work floor. It can accommodate 24" rolls of gift wrap or kraft paper up to 9" diameter rolls on a 3" core in various thicknesses.
