This wrapping paper cutter is made of durable steel with a grey powder coated finish. It has a spring loaded, double edged blade for evenly cutting a 24" wide roll of gift wrap or kraft paper. The dispenser includes rubber feet to protect surfaces or it can be mounted on the wall, counter, or under the counter. The dowel holder and cutting arms lock in place for easy set up and change. Holds rolls up to 9" diameter on a 3" core.
