This swivel stem caster is allowed full wheel rotation by a connecting 5/16" axle bore. The shopping cart attachment is best used with a 5" x 1 1/4" (Dia x W) wheel. This swivel stem caster has a square post with a cross drilled mounting hole. The durable zinc device supports a max load of up to 350 pounds. This swivel stem caster is connected to the cart through a double ball bearing 7/8" x 1 1/2" (Dia x L) top axis.
