Our Shopping Cart Frames are double-sided red plastic frames that can be attached to the front of the cart. The front and back ends of the frames snap together with plastic pegs. No tools are required. Signs are inserted into slots in the frame. You can display signs on the front and the back. Our shopping cart frames are weather resistant and sold in packs of 10. Holds two 8.3" x 11.7" signs.
