Shipping

When will I receive my order?.

We work hard to make sure we get your order to you safely and quickly. This means items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Occasionally, we underestimate the popularity of an item and it becomes temporarily backordered. When this happens, we charge shipping and handling fees at the time the item ships. Parcel Post is available to U.S. Possessions and Territories. International Parcel Post is available to other countries.

FREE SHIPPING only applies to small package, ground shipping orders over $100. Offer valid on orders shipping to any US state. International orders, truck shipments and LTL are excluded.

Items with the logo ship by truck instead of small package carrier because of their size or weight.

What about shipping and handling charges?

We offer low cost, standard shipping within the continental US and internationally.  Additional options include premium air shipping services or shipping via truck for oversided products or bulk orders. Contact our support team for special quotes.

Fees for additional services such as inside delivery, lift-gate service, or express delivery may apply.

Returns

Unconditional money-back guarantee: Retail Resource will issue a partial credit, full refund, or equal exchange up to 6 months from the date of purchase.

Call or email Customer Care to receive a Return Authorization Number. This number will help speed the return process and make sure your account is properly credited. Ensure the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the boxes being returned. Retail Resource will arrange for pickup of the merchandise and pay for return shipping fees.

Retail Resource will refund the full purchase price, including the original shipping and any taxes within 7 business days of the receipt of return merchandise. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method. There are no re-stocking fees.

Retail Resource may elect to repair or replace any products not under warranty without waiving any rights. Retail Resource disclaims any warranties, expressed or implied, including the warranty of merchantability and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Liability for consequential damages arising from the negligence or other causes related to the design and use of the products is hereby excluded.

Glaring errors, tax, and damaged shipments

Pricing and Specifications

Very rarely, we make a glaring error in our pricing and product specifications. Under those unusual circumstances, we reserve the right to correct the mistake. Unless otherwise specified, all dimensions are in U.S. measurements (inches, feet, lbs, etc.). Products lacking a weight specification weigh less than 5 lbs. Photography techniques can sometimes affect the appearance of an item, so please be careful to check the written product specifications for true size and color.

All prices are in U.S. currency.

Tax

All orders are subject to the sales tax of the state they are being shipped to. This tax is displayed to you during the checkout process.

Damaged Shipment

Retail Resource is committed to making sure your order gets to you in perfect condition. Orders are inspected when they are packed, and all orders are in good condition when they leave our Distribution Center. However, accidents occasionally occur during shipping. If you see any damage when your order arrives, call Customer Care at 1.800.762.8186 and we will take care of it for you.
