The counter sign holder is 11 x 14 (H x W) and can be used on end caps and bulk displays in either the vertical or horizontal position. The frame is black 7/16 inch thick high impact styrene plastic with mitered style edges. This enclosure is on a 10 inch (H) stem and 4 1/2 x 5 1/2 inch shovel base. The counter sign holder has a slot opening which makes it simple to slide in your inserts and can be easily assembled.
